- If any provisions of this UDO are inconsistent with similar provisions of State or Federal law, the more restrictive provision shall control, to the extent permitted by law.

Unless otherwise specifically stated herein, conflicts and duplications among portions of this UDO shall be resolved in favor of the more stringent regulation.
