- For all subdivisions subject to Article 9.2. Stormwater Management through Article 9.5. Watershed Protection Areas, a stormwater control plan must be submitted and approved as part of the preliminary plan.
- This requirement may not apply to a subdivision where all proposed lots exceed 1 acre in size.
- If all lots exceed 1 acre in size, a stormwater control plan must be submitted for the streets, utilities and storm drainage areas for the entire subdivision, but no stormwater control plan is required to be submitted for each lot within the subdivision.
- A stormwater control plan must be approved for each individual lot within a subdivision at the time any permit is requested.
